We don't do route optimisation or a rider marketplace. Your own riders, waybills and cash reconciliation work today.
- Pharmacy (retail side)
The retail counter works. Prescriptions, patient records and controlled-drug registers are not ours — that is regulated clinical data and we don't hold it.
- Laundry & dry cleaning
No per-garment tagging or collection tickets yet. Pickups, drop-offs, payments and customer history work.
- Gym & fitness studio
Recurring memberships and class capacity aren't built. Sessions, trainers, payments and client history work.
- Printing press
No artwork proofing or plate tracking. Quotes, deposits, deadlines and delivery work.

More than one business under one roof?

What we don't take on, and why
- Clinics, dispensing pharmacies, labs and diagnostics
- Patient and prescription data is sensitive-class health information with its own regulatory posture. A pharmacy's retail side is supported; the clinical side is not.
- Schools and colleges, as institutions
- Fee collection is a plausible future play. School management is a crowded category and a different product.
- Financial services, lenders and bureaux de change
- Licensed activities. Onboarding them creates a compliance surface the platform is not built for.
- Betting, gambling and adult services
- Acceptable-use policy.
- Anything requiring a licence we cannot verify
- Our checks cannot underwrite what they cannot check.

Why we publish the gaps
A pharmacy can run its retail side on Smilelink and cannot track prescriptions. Saying so loses a signup that would have left in three weeks, and it is the only reason to believe the rest of this page.
