What we believe, and how it shows up
Every one of these cost us something to hold to. That is how you can tell they are real.
- A limitation stated is a boundary.
- A limitation implied away is a lie the merchant catches in week three. So we publish the gaps, name the trades we do not serve, and say what we do not do.
- Prices are published.
- A pricing page that says “contact us” reads as expensive. Ours has the rate, the cap and the worked examples.
- Your customers are yours.
- We never share your customer list, and no other business on Smilelink can see it. There is no version of this product where your customers are the asset.
- We never hold your tax money.
- We calculate PAYE and pension and prepare the schedules. You remit them. That is a promise about what we do not do with it.
