More than one business under one roof?
A hotel with a restaurant. A caterer who also does weekday office lunches. A designer with a ready-to-wear line. Add both — one brand, one wallet, one set of books, both sets of tools.
What we don't take on, and why
- Clinics, dispensing pharmacies, labs and diagnostics
- Patient and prescription data is sensitive-class health information with its own regulatory posture. A pharmacy's retail side is supported; the clinical side is not.
- Schools and colleges, as institutions
- Fee collection is a plausible future play. School management is a crowded category and a different product.
- Financial services, lenders and bureaux de change
- Licensed activities. Onboarding them creates a compliance surface the platform is not built for.
- Betting, gambling and adult services
- Acceptable-use policy.
- Anything requiring a licence we cannot verify
- Our checks cannot underwrite what they cannot check.

Why we publish the gaps
A pharmacy can run its retail side on Smilelink and cannot track prescriptions. Saying so loses a signup that would have left in three weeks, and it is the only reason to believe the rest of this page.
