Why we publish the things Smilelink does not do

A pharmacy can run its retail side on Smilelink and cannot track prescriptions. Saying so loses a signup and gains everything else.

There is a page on this site that lists every trade we support and, for some of them, the specific thing we do not do yet. A laundry has no per-garment tagging. A mechanic has no job cards. A pharmacy's clinical side is not ours to hold at all.

Publishing that list costs us signups. We think it is the cheapest thing we buy.

The alternative is a churn problem you paid for

A merchant who signs up expecting something we do not have finds out in week three. By then they have entered a catalogue, trained two staff and told their customers about a new number. The discovery is not just a cancellation; it is a bad story told to everyone in their trade.

Sixty of those cost more than the six hundred signups the honest page turned away.

It is also the only reason to believe the rest

Every software company says it is built for your business. The claim carries nothing because nobody has ever heard the opposite.

A company that will tell you what it cannot do has given you a way to check it. That is what makes the parts it does claim worth reading.
